I accessed several music sites looking for a guitar for my ten year old son. We needed a 3/4 size and I had been having a difficult time finding anything at local music stores. By the way, the guitar we purchased was priced at $100. We later found the same guitar in a local music store for $200.

Greenwich Music has the most responsive customer-service ethic I have seen in Connecticut. Their prompt response to the email that I sent through a general query form on the Internet, as well as their professional and swift fulfillment of the next three orders that I placed by email, impressed me enough to make me switch away from a music store that is much closer to me, but difficult to do business with. Greenwich Music will search high and low for the items that you need, and place special orders if necessary. I would recommend them to any band parent or musician. It is a relief to find a business that I feel is on my side.

I picked this site mainly because of the price, and it wasn't just a link to music123 or musician's friend. I got the feeling it was a real store.
