OUR BRICK & MORTAR STORE Greenwich Music is a family owned business located at 1200 East Putnam Ave. in Riverside (Greenwich) CT. Our roots go back to the 1960's when we were known as Fraioli Music in Port Chester, NY. Our Music school is still called the "Fraioli school of music" as a tribute to the store's history. Over the years customer satisfaction has always been our number one priority and that will never change. Our staff are all seasoned industry professionals who will will help you find the right instrument or piece of gear in a friendly, no-pressure environment. Nobody that works at Greenwich Music is paid on commission, so you can relax knowing that what we recommend is what will work best for your needs, not what puts the most money in the salesperson's pocket. We are truly a one stop shop for all of your musical needs. We offer a wide selection of instruments and accessories, a top notch music school, and two in house repair centers for both band/orchestral instruments and guitars/fretted instruments. We also rent over 3000 band and orchestra instruments to both schools and individual customers every year. OUR ONLINE STORE We are proud to offer over 10000 items for sale on www.greenwichmusic.com. Not every item on the website in in stock at the store and may be available for online purchase only, and there are some additional products that are in our physical store that can not be shown on the site because of our dealer agreements with certain companies. The majority of the guitars, basses, amplifiers and keyboards that you see on our site are available at our brick and mortar store, but we do have additional instruments that you will not see on the site as well. Give us a call to see if a specific item is available for in-store pickup. ONLINE PRICES VS. IN-STORE PRICES Because our costs are much less to operate an online store than to stock certain items locally, you will sometimes see a lower price on our website, most often on small accessories. This is true across the board in most industries. We try very hard to offer the same prices in the store that you seen online, especially on bigger ticket items. On a lot of smaller items, once you pay for shipping and wait for it to arrive, the cost of delivery and waiting is about the same as buying it in our store exactly when you need it. SECURE ONLINE ORDERING Security is a very important part to having a safe and enjoyable online experience. You pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping online with us. SALES TAX We are required by law to collect sales tax on online orders shipped to Connecticut. If you are having an order shipped to a CT. address, then the appropriate sales tax will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation. We strongly believe in shopping local, and support a fair and balanced sales tax policy for internet purchases, which lawmakers will hopefully implement in the near future. SHIPPING Most orders over $199.00 SHIP FREE!! This only applies to orders shipped within the continental US, and excludes over-sized items and items over 70lbs. For orders under $199.00 your shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout and added to your total. Your order will ship UPS ground unless an expedited shipping option is chosen. Sheet Music, books, and other select items will only ship to addresses within the continental US. Please call or email us if you need to know if an item can be shipped internationally RETURN POLICY If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Store credit or exchange only will be given after 7 and up to to 14 days from the date of purchase. Items returned for credit, exchange or refund must be in New Resalable Condition, meaning any and all original packaging, wrapping, manuals, blank warranty cards, blank production registration, etc. must be included in the return. If any returnable item shows signs of use, Greenwich Music will impose a 10 to 20% restocking fee, repair charge, or disqualification at our discretion. Returns must be accompanied by an original receipt. Due to copyright and health code restrictions, the following items may not be returned: books, sheet music, software, DVDS, CDs, ear plugs, recorders, harmonicas, pitch pipes, reeds, mouthpieces, and headset microphones. The following items may only be returned if they are unopened and unused, in their original factory sealed packaging: microphones, strings, tubes, and drumsticks. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If an item is shipped free and returned for a refund, the shipping charges will be deducted from the amount refunded. In store returns are encouraged so that we can resolve any problem you may have. Any return requiring shipment back to us requires a written authorization. before you ship the item, email us at returns@greenwichmusic.com for instructions. Shipping charges are not refundable for voluntary returns. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced promptly, and shipping will be provided for the return. |
